Powerful 2-socket modular architecture server
A flexible, two-socket half-height/width compute sled powered by up to two 28-core, Intel Xeon Scalable processors, each FC640 supports up to 2TB of DDR4 memory, making it a perfect candidate for dense virtualisation environments, software defined storage, databases, HPC, big data analytics, and private cloud workloads. The FC640 storage options include two 2.5-inch drives, with an option of NVMe PCIe SSDs for high performing direct attached storage requirements. The FX2 chassis supports up to four FC640 servers.
